Layer transition over image.
This is achieved through using an iframe which loads a
prepared page with image and mouse-over layer with
transition.
The trick is to make the iframe placeholder larger than the
image so that there’s an empty area for the mouse-off effect,
otherwise the layer doesn’t retract.
